Facility Condition Assessment

Facility condition assessment first developed in 1990’s and used as a planning tool for a maintenance bond issue. Plan has been continuously updated and improved in a joint effort between TISD maintenance staff and EMA. Currently a spreadsheet is jointly maintained that provide data on all of the District’s HVAC equipment including model no., location, estimated remaining useful life and probable cost of replacement. The District uses the plan to budget for replacement.
